Condition: excellent (used), COALZA R90-MP1 AUTOMATIC BAG FORMING AND FILLING MACHINE – STAINLESS STEEL COALZA R90-MP1 automatic bag forming and filling machine, designed to perform the bag forming, dosing, filling, and sealing operations of flexible packaging on industrial food packaging lines. The equipment uses vertical VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) packaging technology, forming bags from rolls of flexible film and automatically filling and sealing them. It incorporates a vertical forming tube, a film feeding system, sealing jaws, electronic controls, and transparent safety enclosures. MAIN FEATURES - Manufacturer: COALZA - Model: R90-MP1 - Type: Vertical forming, filling, and sealing machine - Technology: VFFS - Automatic and continuous operation - Bag forming from a roll - Top product feeding system - Vertical forming tube - Automatic film feeding Isdsz R S Nispfx Afuebc - Longitudinal and transverse sealing - Automatic bag cutting and separation - Dosing via a compatible system - Sealing parameter adjustment - Electronic HMI control panel - Temperature controllers - Electric and pneumatic drives - Construction with stainless steel components - Transparent safety guards - Integrable with weighing and dosing systems OPERATING PROCESS The film is fed from a roll and passes through the forming tube, where it acquires the bag geometry through longitudinal sealing. The product is introduced through the top feeding system, previously dosed by the corresponding equipment. Subsequently, the jaws perform the transverse sealing and cutting, resulting in individual closed bags. The finished packages can continue to weight checkers, metal detectors, inspection systems, and cartoning equipment. APPLICATIONS Especially suitable for food industries, manufacturers of snacks, frozen foods, nuts, and granular products. Depending on the dosing system installed, it can be used for: - Nuts and seeds - Snacks and appetizers - Legumes, rice, and cereals - IQF frozen vegetables - Diced fruits and vegetables - Dehydrated products - Other compatible solid products The COALZA R90-MP1 offers a compact solution for automating the vertical packaging of food products in flexible bags.
