Standard equipment of the MEBA 335 DG-500 Semi-automatic sawing cycle with workpiece clamping - sawing - frame returns to preset height after completed cut MEBA High-Performance Package: Stepless hydraulic cutting pressure and feed monitoring at the blade back. This ensures optimal conditions for any sawing task, i.e., constant pressure for solid material and constant feed for thin-walled sections. Manual mitre adjustment with digital readout, accuracy to 0.1° Dsdot Dpw Rjpfx Aa Iowc Rapid lowering of the saw frame to the material edge via pushbutton Patented double mitre system (ERP No. 0491120) Unique double mitre bandsaw where mitres on both sides can be quickly and economically set by swiveling the saw frame and material support. Automatic movement of the clamping vices and digital mitre setting. The material vice automatically moves in the cutting direction to suit the desired mitre, ensuring the workpiece is always clamped square and close to the saw blade. The pivot point for mitre is at the intersection of the saw blade and fixed vice, so length measurements remain accurate regardless of angle. Hydraulic full-stroke workpiece clamping. Quick-clamping for material. At every saw frame angle, the material is clamped parallel at 90°. Rigid two-column linear guided saw frame Saw blade inclined 3° to the material support surface. Centralised machine control Saw frame clearance height adjustment Adjustable moveable blade guide arm for material width Carbide blade guide for band deflection wheels Synchronised chip cleaning brush Saw band tension with torque wrench Operating manual and spare parts list CETOP hydraulic system Coolant system (approx. 100 ltr.).

Dwodezrmk Repfx Aa Isc The miter pivot point is the intersection between the saw blade and the material support, thus preventing any change in the length dimension. End stops at 30° + 45° left and 30° + 45° right Manual material clamping. In every angle position of the saw frame, the material is clamped parallel at 90°. Cutting pressure is reduced by the self-weight of the heavy, torsion-resistant saw frame and fine adjustment depending on the material cross-section via a hydraulic damping cylinder. MEBA Micro-Dosing System complete with spray head. Machine stand with chip collection tray. with the option of hydraulic lifting of the saw frame.

Condition: new, The cutting angle can be continuously adjusted manually within a range of 90° to 45°. Highly precise material feed, even with multiple feed cycles when cutting longer workpieces. Individual feed length: 500 mm. High feed rate possible while maintaining maximum accuracy. The 7.5-inch color touchscreen enables simple and intuitive control of all machine functions.
