Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, CORMAK PS-360 Welding Positioner The CORMAK PS-360 welding positioner is a high-quality rotary positioner designed for professional industrial applications. Developed with ergonomics, efficiency, and precision in mind, it is an essential support tool for welding and assembly of cylindrical components, pipes, and parts with complex geometries. It enables efficient manipulation of workpieces, allowing welding in the optimal position, which significantly improves weld quality and operator working conditions. Main advantages of the machine Professional welding positioner with adjustable rotation speed and tilting function of the working table. High load capacity: up to 100 kg in horizontal position and 50 kg in vertical position. Smooth rotation speed adjustment: from 0.2 to 5 rpm, suitable for precise TIG and MIG/MAG welding processes. Compact design: ideal for workshops, production lines, and automated welding stations. Ground connection slot: ensures a continuous electrical connection without the need to change the ground connection after each rotation. Design and technology The PS-360 welding positioner has been designed for intensive industrial operation. The robust steel frame ensures excellent stability and rigidity, while the manual tilting mechanism allows the working table to be positioned at an angle of up to 90°. A 120 W motor provides sufficient torque for handling heavy cylindrical and tubular components. The control system consists of a control panel and foot pedal, allowing the operator to maintain full control over the welding process. Precision and work efficiency Using the CORMAK PS-360 positioner significantly improves weld accuracy and repeatability. Welding in a fixed, ergonomic position reduces the risk of operator errors and eliminates the need for frequent repositioning of components. Ljdpfsrigl Ujx Abyehn Smooth speed adjustment allows the rotation speed to be matched to the specific application, making the PS-360 an excellent solution for both precise TIG welding and more dynamic MIG/MAG welding processes. Thanks to modular design, the embossing module is in fact “inserted” between the laminating unit and separator of standard Amiga. The solution, with two processing units in a row, makes it easy to switch from standard single side lamination to embossing, which creates a special pattern on the laminated surface. 7 standard patterns available. Special patterns on demand. First unit for lamination is always activated and works with IR heated cylinder. Second unit is activated only when embossing is needed. The pattern is created due to sheet preheating before the processing unit and high pressure of PUR roller pressed to the structured cylinder. The cooling of the embossing cylinder helps to "freeze" the pattern to the laminated substrate. Basic configuration Feeder: Komfi single action feeding head. Sheet overlap sensor for protection of pressure roller from film sticking in case of a miss-feed. Additional separation adjustable blowers for reliable separation of sheets from the pile. Laminating Unit: Adjustable distance stoppers for lamination unit to enable processing thick substrates and windows lamination. ”On-the-fly” side-adjustable unwind air expansion shaft for 3″ reel core. Adjustable spread roll for perfect smoothing of difficult film before lamination roller. IR heating for laminating cylinder. Temperature sensor inside the cylinder for extremely precise regulation. Rubber coated pressure roller for laminating unit, PUR pressure roller for embossing unit. Embossing Unit: Sheet preheater in front of the embossing roller to activate surface before embossing occurs. Powerful pneumatic pressure system to ensure excellent laminating and embossing result. Separator & Delivery: Decurling unit consisting of bar and roller with position control to move the snapping moment automatically when the position of decurler is changed. Built-in perforator to enable sheet separation, placed behind pull rollers to avoid web brakes. Cam driven separation roller. Skewing wheel for fine adjustment of snapping to avoid film flagging. Adjustable speed of snapping roller for perfect separation of difficult jobs. Fixed delivery desk.

Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, CORMAK OS-4000S Welding Fume Extractor The CORMAK OS-4000S is an industrial welding fume extractor designed for effective removal of welding fumes, dust, and fine contaminants generated during welding and related operations. The OS4000S features a new, lower-profile housing. The unit operates locally at the workstation, capturing contaminants before they spread throughout the workshop or production hall. This significantly improves working comfort, visibility in the welding area, and helps maintain workplace health and safety standards. Specifications Parameter Value Model OS4000S Power Supply 400 V Power 4.0 kW Airflow Capacity 3000–4000 m³/h Operating Pressure 3050–2600 Pa Filtration Efficiency 99.00% Number of Filter Cartridges 4 pcs Filter Specification Ø325 × 600 mm Filter Material Polyester Filter Cleaning Method Pneumatic, pulse cleaning Dust Container Capacity 50 l Noise Level ≤ 78 dB(A) Dimensions 900 × 900 × 1950 mm Why Choose the OS-4000S? High extraction performance – effective suction of fumes and dust near the welding arc. Large-surface cartridge filtration system – highly efficient separation of fine particles. Automatic pneumatic filter cleaning – stable operation with fewer maintenance interruptions. Dust collection container – fast and convenient emptying without mess. Easy operation – user-friendly controls and quick access to consumable components. Effective Filtration and Consistent Suction Power The OS-4000S uses a multi-stage filtration system based on cartridge filters. Condition: used, functionality: fully functional, The Selco NEOMIG 242 is a classic, extremely robust MIG/MAG welding machine from the Italian premium manufacturer Selco (which was acquired by voestalpine Böhler Welding several years ago). Unlike modern, fully digital inverter machines, this is a stepped, electromechanical transformer system. This means that it is considerably heavier and larger than a modern compact inverter, but it is considered practically indestructible in metalworking shops and workshops, with an enormous service life and a very stable arc. Technical data at a glance Feature Value / Specification Welding process MIG/MAG (gas-shielded welding) Lhodpszd S Ryefx Abyjn Connection voltage 400 V (3-phase / three-phase) Welding current range 30 – 240 A Duty cycle 30% at 240 A60% at 170 A100% at 131 A Voltage levels Multi-stage, manually adjustable Wire feed Integrated, mechanical roller feed Max. power consumption approx. 8.3 kW Cooling Typically gas-cooled (standard hose package) Important features & practical advantages Classic transformer technology: Since no sensitive electronics are installed in the power unit, the NEOMIG 242 tolerates dust, metal grinding dirt and moisture much better than modern inverters. It also operates absolutely reliably under harsh conditions in the workshop or on-site. Excellent welding properties: Selco was known in the industry for its perfectly matched copper transformers and chokes. The system provides a very spatter-free, smooth and even arc in steel, stainless steel and also in thinner aluminum applications. Intuitive operation without unnecessary features: No complicated digital menus. You select the appropriate welding level, adjust the wire speed on the potentiometer and can start immediately. Using toggle switches, modes such as 2-cycle / 4-cycle (for long seams) as well as spot and interval welding can also be activated. Used market assessment: Since this series is no longer produced new, it is a real insider tip on the used market for workshops and ambitious DIY enthusiasts. Note: Sold without warranty or guarantee. We assume no liability for the operational functionality of the machine. The sale is made excluding any liability for material defects, to the extent permitted by law.
