Condition: used, Year of construction: 2012, 2012 MultiWeigh HDW 20-40-60 TWIN multihead weigher with 20 weigh hoppers – used 20-head multihead weigher in TWIN configuration, built for frozen meat. The MultiWeigh HDW 20-40-60 TWIN is a multihead weigher with twenty weigh hoppers, made by HD-Wiegetechnik in Wetzlar. Thanks to the TWIN configuration the machine can run as two weighers and discharge two portions at once, or use all twenty hoppers for one heavy portion. The range runs from 230 grams to 5 kilos per weighment, with a 5-gram scale interval. The machine was built for frozen meat (product range 0 to -15 °C): dimpled stainless steel contact parts the product does not stick to, a wash-down IP65 build and an IPC controller with colour touchscreen. Built in 2012, complete with dispersion cone, feed pans and accessories. It is in Emmeloord and can be viewed and tested with your product. Key features - Twenty weigh hoppers in TWIN configuration: two portions at once or one heavy portion - Weighing range 230 grams to 5 kilos, 5-gram scale interval - Built for frozen meat, product range 0 to -15 °C - Dimpled stainless steel contact parts, wash-down (IP65) - IPC controller with colour touchscreen and a programme per product - Complete with dispersion cone, feed pans and accessories Why a TWIN weigher For every weighment a multihead weigher picks the combination of hoppers that comes closest to the target weight. With twenty hoppers the controller has plenty of combinations to choose from, and in TWIN mode the machine splits them over two outlets. One weigher then feeds two packaging machines or two lanes. For large portions you run all twenty hoppers to a single outlet. That makes the machine suitable for small retail packs as well as foodservice portions of up to 5 kilos. Refurbishment if you want it Take the machine as it stands here, or let us go through it first in our own workshop: inspection, replacing wear parts, cleaning and testing with your product. Exactly what is done is agreed per customer. Located in Emmeloord, the Netherlands. Available immediately – price on request. Condition: used, Year of construction: 2020, operating hours: 583 h, functionality: fully functional, working width: 650 mm, area performance: 3,900 m²/h, overall weight: 292 kg, tank capacity: 60 l, water tank capacity: 60 l, The Kärcher B60 BP Dose W R65 is a 2020 model and has 583 operating hours. It has been completely disassembled by us, and each component has been checked for functionality and cleaned. The roller brush deck has been fitted with new bearings and new brushes. The suction foot is equipped with new, oil-resistant rubber lips. Four new, maintenance-free batteries are included in the scope of delivery. Fpsdpfx Aisz Nfwisvjn These can be conveniently charged using the integrated charger. The roller brush deck is ideal for applications where coarse dirt particles (such as wood splinters) are present. The roller brushes "sweep" the coarse dirt particles into a separate container for coarse dirt, which is positioned directly behind the roller brushes. This prevents any particles from adhering to the suction foot, which could impair the suction performance. For efficient use of cleaning agents, the Kärcher B60 BP Dose has a chemical dosing system.
