Structure
The gun cable ensures high freedom of movement making it easy to weld in different positions. The built-in controller with a large, transparent display is operated intuitively. The device is equipped with a powerful cooling system which allows it to work under harsh conditions in three shifts.
Pronciple of operation
The laser welding machine melts the welding wire and part edges using laser heat. Once the device is started and set up, the welding gun is applied at the beginning of the future welding line. Then, when the handle trigger is pressed, the beam is produced in the source and fed via a fibre optic cable to the gun head. The beam is focused and emitted towards the welding wire which feeds (via a feeder) to the contact point. Then, when the trigger is activated, the gun must travel along the welding line according to the wire feed rate. A water-circulated cooling system ensures a constant operating temperature of the source and gun. Structure
The gun cable ensures high freedom of movement making it easy to weld in different positions. The built-in controller with a large, transparent display is operated intuitively. The device is equipped with a powerful cooling system which allows it to work under harsh conditions in three shifts.
Pronciple of operation
The laser welding machine melts the welding wire and part edges using laser heat. Once the device is started and set up, the welding gun is applied at the beginning of the future welding line. Then, when the handle trigger is pressed, the beam is produced in the source and fed via a fibre optic cable to the gun head. The beam is focused and emitted towards the welding wire which feeds (via a feeder) to the contact point. Then, when the trigger is activated, the gun must travel along the welding line according to the wire feed rate. A water-circulated cooling system ensures a constant operating temperature of the source and gun. Radiation emission levels and cooling are controlled by a controller which adjustes the values according to user parameters.

Principle of operation
The laser welder melts down the welding wire together with material edges by means of a laser beam. After switching on and setting up the unit, the welding gun is positioned at the beginning of the future weld line. Then, by pressing the trigger of the welding gun, the beam is generated at the fiber laser source located inside the housing. The beam propagates along the optical fiber to the laser head. The beam is focused and emitted toward the welding wire, which is fed by a wire feeder and toward a location where the gun has been placed. After the trigger is pulled, the head should be pulled along the weld line according to the wire feed rate.
The cooling system maintains a constant temperature for the gun and the laser source by means of a water recirculation system. Radiation level and cooling are managed using a controller that adjusts the parameter values according to the user’s parameter settings.
