LISEC VL-1N/25 automatic thermal insulating glass sealing robot – 2500 x 3500 mm.
Automatic edge sealing unit designed for applying sealant to thermal insulating glass units (primary/secondary). The machine consists of an infeed and outfeed section, as well as a depositing station. A separate measuring unit located in front of the machine measures the thickness of the glass panes, the air gap between them, and the total thickness of the thermal insulating glass unit.
The upper edge of the thermal insulating glass unit is guided by a horizontal roller beam. This ensures that the glass units travel at a defined distance in front of the back panel in the sealing sections. Their conveyance is carried out on a patented, wear-resistant transport chain, which supports the lower edge of the unit only minimally, thus leaving the sealing groove free for the application of the sealant.
