Description

Three-corner packaging gluing machine with automatic box base forming and gluing device with cold adhesive.
- Maximum format: opening 78 cm (box type as per attached tables)
- Line speed: 0-300 m/min, continuously adjustable
- Cardboard thickness: 250-650 gr/ sqm.
- Box type: crash-lock base box, straight line box, double wall box.
- Folding method: 1st fold at 180°, 3rd fold at 135°, 2nd & 4th folds at 180°, turntable for other models.
- 4 adhesive application stations (2 front and 2 back).

- Equipped with sensors.
- Operation via touchscreen displaying all important information about the machine status.
- The belts are adjusted centrally by means of knobs.
- The straps can be swung out of the way for easy access in the event of an intervention to unlock the boxes.
- Separate, adjustable straps and stacking and removal.
- Distance between products is adjustable by coupling.
