The machine was manufactured in 2016 and is in very good technical condition. The tunnel is currently in production use and operates without issues. Main Features: - IR heating section - 2 UV lamps with precise and independent power control - Integrated cooling section to reduce the temperature of printed sheets after curing - Automatic stacker for collecting finished sheets in a neat stack - Possibility to connect with a screen printing machine - Lowering table, which provides easy operator access to the printing machine Working Process The tunnel is used for UV ink curing in the screen printing process. Printed sheets pass through the IR section and then through the UV curing section, where the ink is quickly and evenly cured by UV radiation. After curing, the sheets pass through the cooling section to reduce their temperature. Finished sheets are then automatically collected by the stacker. When connected to a printing machine, the tunnel can automatically adjust the UV lamp power to save energy.
