TECHNICAL AND COMMISSIONING DOCUMENTATION
The cushion filling line consists of a tank with a capacity of 2m3, a cushion air inflator, a tee manifold with which one of the two sources with the cushion filler is selected.
The tank consists of one chamber, with a vertical propeller. The tank is loaded from the top and is only permitted when the machine is switched off.
The cushion inflator is equipped with its own tee, by means of which it is connected to the tank and to the inflator tub.
The stuffing machine tub is designed for the filler that will not go into the cushion.
When we have a full tub, we switch the throttle to the 'tub' position with the joystick and delay.
The cushion filling line has two three-phase electric motors:
- 1.5 kW motor x 2800 revolutions (inflator blower motor),
- 3 kW motor x 1400 revolutions (tank propeller drive motor).
There are safety pictograms on the machine which must be adhered to when working on the equipment.
Control panel for the pusher and mixer:
The machine has two safety switches, one on the pusher control panel and the other on the filler tank.
The filler tank is connected to the pusher socket, while the pusher is connected by a five-wire cable to the mains and supplies power to both machines.
The machines have a phase loss and phase sequence sensor, which prevents the machine from starting when we do not have phase sequence.
Description of the electrical part:
1.The machine is supplied with 50 hz AC at 230/400V. The anti-shock protection is ZERO. The appliance has a separate "PN" and "0" bus bar and is therefore suitable for protection by an anti-shock circuit breaker that can be applied to the consumer's power supply.
The choice of protection method depends on its installation location.
The entire machine is controlled by a control panel located at the machine. The control panel is operated by an authorised operator only. The control panel has buttons for switching the machine on and off. A red button (emergency stop) locks the entire unit. Under the console there is a cabinet in which a terminal block and a set of contactors are installed. On the side of the cabinet is the main switch of the whole.
The motors are controlled by a set of contactors installed in the control switchboard, which is fixed to the unit. To open the switchboard, turn the main power switch.
