The pumps of the cooling towers of the galvanizing wires have a power of 5.5 and 7.5 kW, with the following flow rate - head: • 7.5 kW pump: 45 - 25, 120 – 18 • 5.5 kW pump: 20 - 21, 48 - 11 We confirm that the galvanizing line is complete with use and maintenance manuals, all wiring diagrams and installation drawings. In the 2 zinc tanks (“zinc kettle”) we have a total of about 140 tons of molten zinc (70 + 70), while in the zincalu tank (“zincalu kettle”) we have about 25 tons of molten zincalu; therefore in total there are about 165 tons of molten metal. The burners are natural gas, have a consumption of about 75 m3 / ton.
