The belt press features an automatic brush cleaning system, eliminating the need for a high-pressure cleaner. The belt is cleaned by six specially designed water nozzles. For cleaning, only a compressor with 8 bar pressure and a ½” water connection are required. Thanks to these special nozzles, water consumption is reduced, leading to lower operating costs. The open design allows for quick and uncomplicated cleaning, which can be completed in just a few minutes. After the initial press cycle, the pomace is conveyed via a return chute into a smaller pressing area for further compaction—maximizing juice yield. Automatic belt tensioning is provided by pneumatic drives, ensuring consistent and reliable operation. At the end of the process, an end scraper cleanly removes the pomace from the belt and discharges it from the press. The extracted juice passes through an integrated filter belt into the juice collection tank, from where it is efficiently pumped out.
