Designed for modern high-strength EVA glues, it eliminates the need for separate adhesives, simplifying operation and maintenance. A tail structure stabilizes the glue layer on the spine before the book block meets the cover. Excess glue is removed automatically, ensuring precise application and clean, professional finishes. Clamping System The adjustable clamping station allows fine control of: Clamp pressure – prevents over- or under-clamping Clamping time – adjustable for different paper and cover materials This ensures a perfectly squared spine and consistently high-quality binding results.
