Intended use
The curing oven is a belt system for continuous operation with a feed speed of max. 5 m/min. Open areas at the infeed and outfeed sections are provided for loading and unloading components. The return side of the belt, the rear sides of the IR modules, and the space above the heating modules are water-cooled. Components are held onto the conveyor belt by vacuum. The control cabinet is located separately from the machine outside the cleanroom.
The system operates in a cleanroom according to EN ISO 14644 Class 8 and is loaded and unloaded by the operator. The equipment is exclusively for the warming of film composites.
