Condition: used, Year of construction: 2023, machine/vehicle number: CA73, Used capsuling machine Robino & Galandrino Minibloc year 2023 – 3000 bphThe used capsuling machine Robino & Galandrino Minibloc year 2003 – 3000 bph offers a compact and versatile solution for automatically applying capsules to bottles of still and sparkling wine. As a result, this machine suits diverse production environments. Robino & Galandrino designed this monoblock machine to meet different production needs while ensuring high operational efficiency and consistent product quality.Structure and mechanical configurationRobino & Galandrino configured this machine as a Minibloc automatic capsuling monoblock. Specifically, the design includes two operational heads, each performing specific stages of the capsuling process. The infeed screw aligns and guides the bottles precisely into the processing area. In this way, the machine ensures accurate bottle positioning throughout the cycle.Performance based on capsule typeThe used capsuling machine Robino & Galandrino Minibloc year 2003 – 3000 bph delivers specific output levels based on the capsule type. For instance, it distributes and spins polylaminate capsules on still wine bottles at speeds of up to 1200 bottles per hour. It heat-shrinks PVC capsules onto still wine bottles at up to 3000 bottles per hour. Ledpfe Ady Evjx Abyohn It forms four folds and smooths sparkling wine caps (capsuloni) at speeds of up to 2000 bottles per hour. Moreover, each process maintains excellent consistency and minimal deviation. Therefore, it can satisfy various technical bottling standards across the wine sector.Capsule feeding systemThe machine uses a horizontal capsule magazine with a motorized belt that feeds capsules into the distributor. Notably, it holds around 1200 capsuloni or 1800 standard wine capsules, allowing operators to run longer production cycles without frequent reloads. Consequently, this reduces machine downtime and improves overall line efficiency. Additionally, the feeding system ensures steady capsule flow under different operating speeds. Thus, it contributes to the machine’s stability and reliability.Distributor and synchronization mechanismsThe single-bell distributor performs a 90-degree angular movement to release the capsules. At the same time, a mechanical needle system separates the capsules before distribution to prevent jams and ensure a continuous process. Furthermore, the encoder actively manages the synchronization of all functions and adjusts them in real time. Thanks to this, the system can react dynamically to changes in bottle flow and capsule format. In contrast to older systems, this configuration minimizes manual calibration.Format compatibility and flexibilityThe machine processes bottles in three formats: 0.375 liters, 0.75 liters, and 1.5 liters. Accordingly, operators can use it across different bottling lines and product ranges. Condition: used, Year of construction: 2017, machine/vehicle number: AT86, Used Heating Tunnel Omar R&G HTD12 year 2017 up to 12000 bph Technical Specifications and Use of the heating tunnel HTD12 The Used Heating Tunnel Omar R&G HTD12 year 2017 up to 12000 bph heats bottles using a hot water system, which makes it ideal for applications in the bottling industry. Moreover, this heating tunnel performs reliably and includes advanced technical features. It handles cylindrical bottles of various sizes while ensuring high efficiency and operational precision. Technical Specifications of the Used Heating Tunnel The used heating tunnel employs a hot water heat exchanger, and users need to supply hot water through a gas boiler. Consequently, this setup heats the bottles uniformly and optimizes the workflow. Additionally, the recycling pump and dryer consume 53 kW of energy, which ensures energy efficiency while maintaining high performance. Furthermore, the used heating tunnel processes 12000 bottles per hour (bph), which makes it particularly suitable for high-speed bottling lines. Its FIFO (First In First Out) single-file system organizes bottles into a continuous and orderly flow. As a result, the system ensures consistent thermal treatment. In terms of compatibility, the machine handles cylindrical bottles with diameters ranging from 60 mm to 100 mm. Therefore, it provides versatility for different formats and types of containers. Additionally, the tunnel operates counterclockwise (right-to-left), which suits specific production layout requirements. Usage Conditions and Manufacturing Details The heating tunnel HTD12 operates in an “as-is” condition, so buyers must inspect the machine thoroughly before purchase. Notably, the manufacturer built this model in 2017, delivering a reliable and high-quality solution for integrating a heating tunnel into production lines. Omar R&G, a company renowned for producing high-quality machinery for the bottling industry, designed the HTD12 model to withstand intensive use. Consequently, it maintains operational reliability even in demanding environments. Technical and Functional Advantages The hot water heat exchanger delivers precise temperature control, which ensures uniform bottle heating. Moreover, the FIFO system keeps bottles in their entry order, which minimizes delays or errors during processing. In addition, the modular design and optimized layout simplify maintenance. Users can, therefore, integrate the tunnel quickly into existing lines. Furthermore, the system accommodates bottles of different diameters, providing versatility for diverse industrial applications. Conclusion of the Heating Tunnel HTD12 The Used Heating Tunnel Omar R&G HTD12 year 2017 up to 12000 bph provides a high-performing, reliable, and versatile solution for bottle heating. Moreover, the machine processes 12,000 bph, organizes bottles efficiently using the FIFO system, and supports various formats. Consequently, it proves to be an excellent choice for high-productivity bottling lines. Lsdpfxovxz Axe Abyehn Thus, this HTD12 model by Omar R&G combines high performance with operational simplicity. As a result, it becomes a solid choice for industry professionals who seek reliability and efficiency. Therefore, for companies that prioritize productivity and precision, this machine represents a long-term investment.
