Condition: used, Year of construction: 2016, Industrial automatic edge banding machine SOLUTION XD KEY FEATURES "E-TOUCH" CONTROL WITH AUTOMATIC PROGRAMMING: A SINGLE "TOUCH" IS ALL IT TAKES TO OPERATE THE MACHINE STANDARD PRESSURE DEVICE WITH DRIVE BELT FOR OPTIMAL PANEL GUIDANCE EDGE BANDING OF ROLL MATERIAL, STRIP EDGES AND SOLID WOOD EDGES GENERAL FEATURES Single-sided edge banding machine in left-hand version for edge banding of roll material and strip edges with all conventional hot melt adhesives. The base frame consists of a stable steel welded frame with higher rigidity, which provides optimal support for the installation of the processing units. The upper pressure beam consists of a thick-walled steel profile and a double trapezoidal drive belt, which is automatically positioned according to the panel thickness. Height adjustment with display on the upper pressure beam and on the operator panel. Manual workpiece feeding system with a large-sized work area and increased support surface facilitates the feeding of large workpieces. Adjustable infeed fence for two positions with automatic selection for processing with or without a pre-milling unit. Upper working units are attached to the pressure beam and mechanically connected to ensure automatic adjustment when changing panel thickness. Lower working units are attached to the machine frame or to the longitudinal support for precise referencing to the panel. All high-frequency motors are operated via frequency inverters. Each unit is equipped with its own inverter for optimal flexibility and improved machine production times. Protective hood for all units positioned after the glue application unit. Polycarbonate windows ensure a good view of the units during processing. Interior lighting of the hood. Protective hood with sound-absorbing material for lower noise emissions during operation. Spacer on the infeed fence allows the machine to be fed with the correct spacing. The spacing is automatically adjusted to the selected feed rate. Dust extraction port arranged on the pivoting control panel, positioned in the infeed area, is adjustable for ergonomic operation. The electrical system complies with current regulations. Electrical components are housed in a metal housing, attached to the machine frame and equipped with doors for easy access in case of maintenance. Standard voltage is 400 V EU 50 Hz (with neutral conductor). Material feed is via a feed chain with 80 mm wide chain plates made of rubberized nylon, for optimal guidance and high load capacity. The chain slides on 2 guides made of hardened and ground steel, one round and one flat guide, to guarantee straight feed and to protect against lateral displacement. Automatic chain lubrication. The amount of lubricating oil is optimized by the control system depending on the panels being processed. External support roller track positioned along the entire length of the machine; consisting of an extendable opening system up to 650 mm (for panels with a maximum width of 1200 mm). E-TOUCH PC control system for quick and easy execution of the main functions of the machine. Includes: – Processing of programs in Just in Time mode – Possibility of management via bills of materials – Possibility of management by Ijdoxy Tm Ispfx Afujih
