Condition: ready for operation (used), functionality: fully functional, Industrial meat slicing machine for boneless meat The EBAKI 1 V horizontal slicer provides consistent cutting of boneless meats. It is particularly suitable for the poultry industry, but can also process pork, beef, turkey, or certain processed meats. This allows for obtaining multiple fillets or slices parallel to each other from a single piece of meat. This technology meets the needs of cutting workshops, meat processing companies, and manufacturers of processed products. Furthermore, horizontal cutting provides a more consistent thickness while improving the presentation of the finished product. Precise horizontal cutting The product moves between a lower conveyor belt and an upper conveyor belt. These two conveyors hold the meat in place as it passes through the cutting area. Then, the blades perform an alternating movement in opposite directions. This ensures that the product remains stable and the resulting fillets are consistent and parallel. This system also minimizes material loss during cutting. Consequently, it helps to better utilize the meat and standardize portions. Diverse applications Fsdpfx Aiszv N Rzevepn The EBAKI range can perform horizontal slicing of chicken breasts, turkey, beef, pork, sausages, or bacon. The manufacturer also offers applications for cordon bleu, cooked chicken breasts, and certain extra-thin cuts. Thanks to this versatility, the machine can be integrated into various production lines. It can be used after the preparation or trimming of the meat. Then, the fillets can be transferred to a marinating, cooking, coating, packaging, or freezing line. Cleaning and production integration The EBAKI design provides easy access to the cutting elements and conveyors. In this range, guides and belts can be disassembled without tools to simplify cleaning and maintenance. The EBAKI horizontal slicer is therefore a suitable solution for companies seeking consistent cutting, better utilization of raw materials, and more homogeneous production.
