Condition: used, functionality: fully functional, The LASKA WW 130-2 is an industrial meat grinder from the LASKA brand.. With a 130 mm throat diameter and 15 kW of power, the machine is designed for efficient raw material grinding in medium and large meat and food processing plants. How does the LASKA WW 130-2 meat grinder work? Raw material is loaded into the hopper, from where a screw feeds it to the cutting set consisting of a knife and perforated plates. The rotating knife cuts successive layers of material forced through the plate holes, producing uniform grinding at the required coarseness. The degree of grinding depends on the perforated plate used, and the cutting set can be quickly disassembled for cleaning and replacement of parts. Nedsz N Ax Ropfx Abysdc Key advantages of the LASKA WW 130-2 meat grinder The large 130 mm throat diameter and 15 kW drive power allow continuous, efficient work with large batches of raw material, which suits high-volume plants. Solid industrial construction ensures a long service life, and the simple working system makes operation, cleaning, and maintenance easier. The IP 55 protection class stated on the nameplate means the electrical system is protected against dust and water jets, which is important in environments where equipment is regularly washed down. Condition: ready for operation (used), functionality: fully functional, The SERIA 4-head filling machine automates the dosing of liquid, semi-liquid, pasty food products, or those containing inclusions. Thanks to its four synchronized filling heads, it ensures precise, homogeneous, and rapid filling of containers. This allows manufacturers to improve their production rate while reducing material losses and dosage variations. Furthermore, this system integrates a MASO SPS-2 sinusoidal volumetric pump, which is renowned in the food industry for its particularly gentle transfer. Unlike traditional pumping systems, this technology preserves the texture of sensitive products while maintaining a constant flow rate. Consequently, the machine is perfectly suited for sauces, purees, ready meals, meat preparations, catering products, fillings, and recipes containing pieces. In addition, the pump limits shear, reduces pulsations, and facilitates clean-in-place (CIP) cleaning, depending on the system configuration. Moreover, the design, entirely made of stainless steel, facilitates daily cleaning operations and meets the hygiene requirements of food processing plants. As a result, the filling machine can be easily integrated into an existing packaging line, whether for high-volume artisanal productions or automated industrial lines. It also guarantees excellent repeatability of dosages, which directly contributes to the quality of the finished products. Finally, Europ'Équipement completely reconditions this filling machine before it is offered for sale. Our technicians inspect each mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic component, replace worn parts when necessary, and then carry out comprehensive tests before putting the machine back into service. Thus, this SERIA 4-head filling machine represents a reliable, economical, and durable solution for modernizing a production line while controlling investment costs. Condition: ready for operation (used), functionality: fully functional, The MADO MEW 723 mixing grinder combines mixing and chopping in a single machine. MADO officially classifies it as one of its automatic mixing grinders. It is designed for industrial butcher shops, meat processing plants, and meat processing workshops. It can be used to prepare chopped products, fillings, seasoned mixtures, or bases for sausage production. Its 120-liter hopper is suitable for professional production while minimizing transfers between two separate pieces of equipment. Operation of the MADO MEW 723 The mixing device distributes the pieces of meat, spices, and other ingredients before they pass through the cutting system. The central arm has four mixing profiles. Then, the screw conveyor regularly directs the product towards the cutting system. Depending on the configuration, the manufacturer offers, among other options, a five-piece Unger B98 system or an Enterprise size 32 system. Unger D114, E130, or Enterprise E52 systems can also be used in some versions. Therefore, the exact configuration of this machine must be visually confirmed before announcing its cutting system. This arrangement improves the consistency of the recipes and reduces intermediate handling. The operator can thus prepare a uniform mixture before packaging, portioning, stuffing, or shaping. According to the manufacturer, the MEW 723 can also process large pieces and materials that have been hardened by cold. However, the actual permissible temperature depends on the installed equipment and the nature of the product. Therefore, the machine is suitable for lines where the consistency of the mixing and particle size directly influences the final quality. Cleaning and integration into a line The stainless steel frame meets the common requirements of the food processing environment. The manufacturer also provides a reversing function, a rinsing chamber, a removable mixing device, and a removable cutting body. These elements facilitate access to the work areas, cleaning, and maintenance operations. A screw extraction tool is also indicated in the model's documentation. Consequently, teams can more easily organize production changes and maintenance operations. The MADO MEW 723 mixing grinder can be placed after the cutting or preparation of the raw materials. Subsequently, it can feed a stuffer, a former, a portioning machine, or a packaging line. This integration reduces manual steps, improves production continuity, and promotes more consistent quality. However, options such as integrated cooling, a cartilage and nerve separator, a frequency inverter, or a reinforced drive should only be mentioned if their presence is confirmed on the machine. This machine has been reconditioned by Europ'Équipement. Each machine is inspected, cleaned, checked, and tested before being sold to offer a reliable, economical, and durable solution for professionals in the food processing industry. Condition: ready for operation (used), functionality: fully functional, Vacuum Mixing and Marinating The Vakona ESK vacuum mixer processes meat, poultry, and fish under vacuum. It allows for mixing, massaging, marinating, and tumbling products in a single tank. As such, it is suitable for meat processing plants, processing workshops, and manufacturers of prepared meat products. In particular, it helps to distribute marinades, brines, spices, and other ingredients evenly around the products. The system can process whole pieces or cut products. In addition, the tank performs a controlled movement during the cycle. Depending on the tool installed, the machine performs a gentle mix or a more vigorous massage. Therefore, the operator can adapt the process to the desired texture and the fragility of the raw materials. How does the VAKONA ESK work? First, the operator loads the products and ingredients into the tank. Then, the pump removes air to create the programmed vacuum level. The arm then moves the materials regularly throughout the duration of the cycle. The vacuum facilitates contact between the products and the marinade. Thus, it reduces air pockets and improves the distribution of liquids. In addition, the variable speed allows the movement to be adapted to different recipes. The machine can alternate work, pause, and aeration phases to better control the process. Cooling during the process The ESK range combines vacuum processing with a direct cooling system. An exchanger placed around the tank helps to maintain a stable temperature during mixing or marinating. Thus, the machine limits the heating caused by the movement of the products. This temperature control protects the texture of the raw materials. In addition, it promotes a more consistent process between different batches. Therefore, cooling is of particular interest for sensitive recipes and productions that require a controlled temperature. Recipe control and monitoring VAKONA offers a touch control system capable of storing up to 99 programs in the ESK range. The operator can thus record the parameters specific to each recipe. In particular, it can adjust the speed, duration, pauses, vacuum, and aeration phases. Ndedpfxozpw S To Abyoc In addition, the system can record process data according to HACCP principles. As a result, the company improves the monitoring of production and more easily reproduces the same settings. An automatic water separator also protects the vacuum circuit during operation.
