If the offered item is a used item, the warranty period is 12 months if the buyer acts as a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB. If the offered items are new, the warranty period is 24 months if the buyer acts as a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB. If the buyer acts as a business customer within the meaning of §14 BGB, the warranty period is 12 months.
