Why choose the COSMOLINE 900? The COSMOLINE 900 is an inline washout and drying system for photopolymer plates. It is engineered to simplify and accelerate plate processing while delivering consistent, high-quality results. ✅ Fully automated inline operation – the operator loads a plate, and the machine automatically transports, washes, and dries it. ✅ Superior cleaning – robust water jet with soap mixture, multiple adjustable rotating brushes, plus a large counter-rotating brush for maximum cleaning coverage. ✅ Reliable finishing – an additional brush for removing residues; hot air drying leaves plates clean and ready for immediate use. ✅ High productivity – sensors measure plate dimensions for optimized processing, ensuring stable and repeatable results. ✅ Environmentally friendly – standard centrifugal cleaning system; optional membrane filter available to separate polymer from water. ✅ Flexible & customizable – machine settings can be adapted to individual production requirements. This system is ideal for label and packaging converters seeking dependable, spotless, and perfectly finished flexographic plates with minimal operator effort.
