Once printed, the binder is removed via the debind process, and then sintered, causing the metal particles to densify. The Studio System 2 is even easier to use than ever before with new material formulations allowing printed parts to be placed directly into the furnace without the need for a solvent debind. The result is a streamlined two-step process with a nearly hands-free experience. Eight materials are available, including a range of steels, copper, and nickel and titanium alloys.
