Year of construction: 2023, operating hours: 1,500 h, condition: excellent (used), functionality: fully functional, Abstracts This is a high-quality system that mixes and homogenizes up to 3 additives in a hot mixer. The control system is included in the scope of supply. First, the material is transported from the production area to a storage silo. From this first silo, the material is fed into the hot mixer, then into the cooler, and finally into a second silo for intermediate storage. After that, there is the option to directly fill the powder onto a big bag filling scale or to compress it into pellets using a pellet press and then fill them. The steel structure is included in the scope of supply. Where necessary, the system is designed according to ATEX standards. In the Documents section, you will find a detailed English and German description of the complete scope of this system. Do not hesitate to call us to discuss and demonstrate the system. A similar system can be inspected in Europe. Condition: excellent (used), GRANULATE DUST REMOVAL We have 5 units available from a company liquidation. Bedpoy N R Nbefx Aa Isdh Granulate dust removal machines reliably eliminate quality risks such as streaks and cloud formation on visible surfaces. The granulate dust remover efficiently removes fine dust and ensures clean, high-quality plastic granulate. This reduces rejects, prevents production disruptions, and ensures consistently high product quality. Ideally, I would prefer if you already had such a device in use, as I only deal with the elimination of injection molding defects and am not familiar with the machines themselves.

Year of construction: 2022, condition: like new (used), functionality: fully functional, A very rare opportunity to acquire a 3 year old 600 kgs per hour, complete hot wash recycling and cleaning line suitable for a range of rigid polymers to be size reduced and intensively cleaned. Machinery has very low hours of operation, and is only available as a result of re-organisation of the current operations. Materials are firstly delivered either by manual loading , or by an automatic pnematic box or cage lift/tilt system to a picking belt and metal detection tunnel. Materials then proceed via an inclined conveyor belt to a Hot washing granulator. Size reduced materials then drop onto a vibrating sieve ,to separate the majority of dirty water and any fines. Granulated materials transfer to an inclined Archimedes screw delivering materials to a horizontal high speed centrifugal cleaner. After this cleaning the materials enter a large diameter vertical drying centrifuge and all used water is then recirculated to heated tank to be reused. Finished materials then conveyed to a ZigZag air separator for final fines/dust removal before being blown to a cyclone over a double bagging tower. The fines separated at this stage are blown to a separate cyclone over a single bagging tower for fines and fibres etc removed by the ZigZag tower. The entire line can be seen in operation in the UK and by special arrangement could be trialed with potential buyers materials. Bedpoxcnxdjfx Aa Iedh Used water caould be recycled through the system, but this is dependent upon the type of contamination to be removed. The entire line is of European manufacture, and all materials exposed to water are manufactured in Stainless Steel. Decommissioning, Transport, Installation and commissioning together with operator training can also be offered internationally to a buyer of the equipment.
