In 1906, the foundation of today’s company JL Goslar was laid at the Goslar site with the establishment of the lead works. JL Goslar emerged from the merger of the companies Bleiindustrie, Bleiwerk Goslar, Metallwerk Goslar, and Apparatebau Goslar, and is now a leading manufacturer of non-ferrous products, semi-finished metal goods, equipment, and systems made from lead, tin, and their alloys.
